Reagan was of course putting "his kind of guys" on the court. Hard to believe but some of them
turned out to be not so bad compared to later Bush appointees. btw... Reagan has the honor of
being the first administration to be convicted of terrorist acts by the World Court... so naturally
they named an airport after him.
