Shameless, responding to my note calling for diplomacy with Iran rather
than the usual macho military posturing. He explained that Iran was
threatening to develop nuclear weapons, failing to live up to its
obligations under the non-proliferation treaty and also supporting
terrorism and "militants" in Afghanistan. I mean the U.S. invaded
Afghanistan and Iraq, supports dictatorships (terrorism) all over the
planet and fails to honor its obligations under the non-proliferation
treaty so to accuse Iran is, um... hypocrisy? ... not an unusual stance for
Shameless nor the U.S. right wing in general. Anyway, I wanted to point
out the link between nuclear energy and weapons with this drawing.
